Johannes Muschik

Chairman

Johannes Muschik is a managing shareholder of VermittlerAKADEMIE, the market leader in the area of company-specific training and education for the financial services sector in Austria. Before that, he was an insurance and investment adviser for 15 years and also worked in the HR Department of Zürich Versicherungs-AG for several years. Since 2004, Johannes Muschik has been a member of the Management Board of the European Federation of Financial Advisers and Financial Intermediaries (FECIF) based in Brussels, and is the former chairman of this federation. In this office, he regularly takes part in consultations of the EU on legislative initiatives such as MiFID-2, IDD and PRIIPs.

DI Klaus Schönfelder

Debuty Chairman

Klaus Schönfelder is the Executive Director of All Commodity Intertrading GmbH. This company, which was established in 2004, specialises in the sale of valuable precious metals. Following his engineering studies and studies at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, Klaus Schönfelder passed the examinations to become an insurance broker and investment adviser. He held a number of managerial positions, for example that of the Country Manager of an insurance company and Executive Director of an investment firm licensed by the Financial Market Authority. Klaus Schönfelder also works as a consultant for banks, financial service companies and insurance companies.

Mag. Peter Hrubec

Treasurer

Peter Hrubec has 30 years of experience in the financial sector. After completing his studies of business administration in Vienna, he began his career in the insurance sector. He played a leading role in the establishment of Axa Equity & Law and also contributed to the activities of Gerling in Austria. Subsequently, he assumed the management of a financial service company operating throughout Austria. Since 2009, he has been a member of the Management Board of Infina Credit Broker GmbH – Austria’s biggest expert in the housing finance sector.

Doris Ballwein

Accountant

Doris Ballwein has been working in the financial services sector since 1987. She began as an exchange trader at Bankhaus Gutmann before becoming the Head of Investment Department at Skandia Life and the Managing director of Skandia Invest Service GmbH. In 2002 Doris Ballwein was co-founder of FinanzProjekt and in 2005 joined FinanzAdmin as a managing partner. In 2014 Doris Ballwein founded DB FinanzCompliance, an independent consultancy firm focusing on compliance for the financial services sector.

Mag. Bernhard Woldan

Accountant

Mag. Bernhard Woldan has 26 years of experience in the financial services sector. He started as an advisor for an international sales company. For 15 years, he has worked for Partner Bank AG, based in Linz, of which 12 years he served as a member of the Management Board responsible for sales and asset management. Partner Bank AG is a pensions bank that advises customers regarding their financial planning and pensions in partnership with independent financial service providers.
